Summary

  • This role will coordinate and support multiple TM ODT–wide strategic and operational initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment, structure, and sustained momentum. 
  • This role will focus on meeting coordination, agenda preparation, tracking deliverables, building and maintaining project workflows, and ensuring stakeholders are accountable for follow-through.
  • While driving projects forward, the Project Manager will be critical in enabling leaders and teams to execute effectively by providing organized, consistent, and well-documented coordination support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Be the key interface with executive leadership teams and primary project contact for high visibility projects and manage the day-to-day operations of the department’s strategic initiatives.
  • Spearhead the coordination of multiple concurrent TM ODT projects, ensuring timelines and actions are tracked and reported.
  • Demonstrate leadership, curiosity, and ensure key discussions are driving decisions.
  • Navigate ambiguity and connect the dots across multiple initiatives, ensuring assumptions are clarified, expectations and direction are clear, and stakeholders are appropriately connected and informed.
  • Schedule, prepare for, and facilitate project meetings, including developing agendas, recording decisions, tracking action items, and following up on deliverables.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, workflows, milestones, KPIs, and risk logs.
  • Support strategic change initiatives, including adoption of the new operating model, through structured communications, planning, and follow-through.
  • Build and maintain reusable project management templates, workflows, and governance tools that can be applied department-wide.
  • Provide robust documentation (including Standard Operating Procedures) and a handover plan quarterly as tools and processes are developed.
  • Train internal staff on using newly developed tools, workflows, and best practices to ensure sustainability after contract completion.
  • Partner with the Sr. Business Manager to ensure alignment with broader objectives, and with Sr. Leaders for project-specific oversight.


Deliverables / Outcomes

  • Documented project plans, meeting notes, milestone/KPI trackers, and risk logs.
  • Standardized and reusable project management tools and workflows for TM ODT.
  • Quarterly SOP documentation and handover packages.
  • Trained internal staff to ensure sustainability of processes.
  • Improved consistency in operational execution and adoption of the new operating model.
  • Documentation of changes and processes (templates, SOPs, etc.)


Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in life sciences, business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in project management, preferably within biotech, pharma, or related scientific/technical environments.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing agendas, documentation, and clear follow-through communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to create structured project management tools, templates, and SOPs.
  • Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., Google Suite, Monday.com, Tableau, or equivalent).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent training preferred.
  • Familiarity with Change Management principles (PROSCI certification preferred)


The hiring range for this position is $55 to $61/hr. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors
