Position: Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

Location: Remote (Canada-based)

About the Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to support a federal initiative focused on customer service and onboarding processes. This role is fully remote and involves working with multiple stakeholder groups to improve workflows, implement new features, and support key modules like Customer Service Management (CSM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across departments
• Collaborate with change management and architecture teams to align ServiceNow capabilities with business needs
• Design and document workflows, permissions, catalog items, and functional specifications
• Configure/customize ServiceNow CSM and/or IRM modules
• Support UAT, troubleshoot post-deployment issues, and provide end-user training
• Assist in data modeling and integration planning

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
• ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSM and/or IRM modules ideal)
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow environments
• Proficient in requirement management tools like Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field

This position requires candidates to have or be eligible for Reliability Security Clearance in Canada.
