Position: Data & Analytics Lead

Location: Markham (Onsite Preferred)

Status: Permanent, Full Time (Preferred)

The Data & Analytics Lead will drive their data strategy, supporting clients in optimizing campaigns, improving customer engagement, and maximizing ROI. The ideal candidate blends technical expertise, digital marketing knowledge, and client-facing communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Data Infrastructure: Design and manage ETL pipelines, API integrations, and data repositories like BigQuery.
  • Audience Segmentation: Develop customer segments using first-party data to enhance targeting and personalization.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards, implement analytics solutions, and provide actionable insights on campaign performance.
  • Campaign Optimization: Analyze data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and refine strategies for improved ROI.
  • Marketing Automation: Configure tools like HubSpot and Klaviyo to streamline workflows and campaigns.
  • Strategic Leadership: Define data governance best practices and mentor team members in data literacy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and clients to align data solutions with goals.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or related fields.
  • 5+ years in data engineering, analytics, or marketing technology.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, and HubSpot.


Preferred Skills:


  • Expertise in predictive modeling and machine learning.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
