Position: Systems Analyst (Confidential Federal Client)

Contract: 1 year (Nov 2025 – Nov 2026)

Overview:

We’re seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to support the design, enhancement, and deployment of enterprise applications for a leading federal organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with C#, Azure, and Terraform, and a strong understanding of Agile development and DevSecOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement system enhancements, workflows, and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, QA, and development teams in an Agile environment.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and compliance with corporate architecture standards.
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.
• Support go-live activities, production transitions, and knowledge transfer to support teams.
• Provide Level 3 support for incidents, problems, and system improvements.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and system optimization strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience in C#, API development, Azure, and Terraform.
• 3+ years in IT systems development and Agile full SDLC environments.
• Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Office 365, DevSecOps, or third-party integrations.
• Exposure to Insurance or Financial Services environments.
• Knowledge of Financial Crimes Risk Management.
• Background in automated testing, CI/CD, or cloud architecture.
