The Role
As VP of Growth Marketing, youโll own acquisition, performance, and full-funnel growth strategy end to end. Youโll lead a high-performing team and oversee significant media investment across channels, driving scalable, efficient growth while continuously optimizing the customer journey.
What Youโll Do
๐ Own Growth Strategy โ Lead acquisition across paid social, search, affiliate, and emerging channels
๐ฏ Drive Performance โ Optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion across the funnel
๐งช Build Testing Frameworks โ Establish rigorous experimentation across creative, channels, and audiences
๐ Forecast & Manage Spend โ Own budgets, projections, and performance reporting at scale
๐ค Cross-Functional Leadership โ Partner with creative, product, and ecommerce teams to align growth with brand and UX
๐ฅ Lead & Scale Team โ Build, mentor, and manage a best-in-class growth marketing team
What Youโll Bring
โ๏ธ 10+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally within DTC or consumer health/CPG
โ๏ธ Proven experience scaling acquisition at high spend levels
โ๏ธ Deep expertise across paid media, attribution, and lifecycle marketing
โ๏ธ Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities
โ๏ธ Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives
โ๏ธ Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and iteration
