Hours: 12 hours per week (flexible)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being around people, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives on helping with various tasks. This position is ideal for individuals looking for a flexible, part-time role.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and sort incoming and outgoing mail, including certified mail
  • Perform light reception duties, including greeting clients and answering phones
  • Restock office supplies and assist in maintaining a tidy office environment
  • Help plan and coordinate connectivity events, including arranging catering and logistics
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Previous administrative experience is a plus, especially for those re-entering the workforce
  • Flexibility to adapt to various responsibilities and assist wherever needed
