Business Development Executive – Tax-Efficient Investments

Location: Remote – UK-wide

Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A growing and reputable investment firm is looking for a Business Development Executive to support the distribution of its tax-efficient investment strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with intermediary sales or financial services experience looking to grow into a more senior client-facing role. The position is fully remote with national coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the external Business Development team by engaging with financial advisers and wealth managers across the UK.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and relationship nurturing.
• Educate and inform advisers on the firm’s EIS and BR investment solutions.
• Manage adviser relationships from first contact through to ongoing support, helping to build a strong pipeline of new and repeat business.
• Organise and attend webinars, roadshows, and virtual meetings.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system and track adviser engagement.
• Assist in delivering sales campaigns, product launches, and training initiatives in collaboration with marketing and sales leaders.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in financial services, preferably in a sales, account management, or client support role.
• Exposure to intermediary distribution (IFAs, wealth managers) and a basic understanding of tax-efficient products such as EIS and BR is preferred.
• Confident communicator with strong phone and written communication skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and motivated to hit activity and conversion targets.
• Ambitious and eager to develop into a more senior sales or BDM role in time.
• Competent with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
