The successful candidate will be a qualified finance professional with senior leadership experience in a complex, regulated, multi-site organisations, charity experience is desirable. They will bring a strategic, collaborative approach and strong communication skills, with the ability to translate financial insight into clear and meaningful guidance for colleagues, volunteers, and trustees.
