Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture and design for the modernization of core banking modules from FIS TPSS/TPT to the new FIS D1 platform.
  • Define and oversee integration architecture for digital banking systems operating on a hybrid cloud model (on-premise to Azure/AWS).
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate functional banking requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance in configuring, testing, and deploying core banking services and APIs.
  • Support migration strategy development, data mapping, and validation across legacy and modern platforms.
  • Contribute to governance, documentation, and best practices around FIS product usage and integration standards.

  • Proven experience in core banking implementation or modernization projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of FIS products — including TPSS, TPT, D1, and MBP.
  • Background in defining or implementing hybrid cloud architectures (Azure and/or AWS).
  • Solid understanding of core banking functions such as deposits, payments, and customer servicing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business context.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience leading or contributing to FIS D1 migration projects.
  • Familiarity with modern integration frameworks, APIs, and message-based middleware (Kafka, MQ, etc.).
  • Knowledge of core banking modernization methodologies, including data migration and API enablement strategies.

Why Join

  • Be part of a strategic modernization program shaping the next generation of digital banking systems.
  • Work with cutting-edge FIS technologies and hybrid cloud architecture.
  • Collaborate with an experienced, cross-functional team driving real transformation in the banking sector.
  • Long-term project with strong renewal potential and visibility at the enterprise level.
