Job Duties:

Here is what you’ll do…

• Use all means necessary to find the BEST candidates in the market!
• Build a network of highly sought after, technology-specific candidates.
• Grow your technology knowledge to qualify candidates’ true capabilities and passions.
• Advise candidates on resume presentation, interview skills, and follow up protocols.
• Educate employers on the availability and desires of hard-to-find candidates.
• Mentor and coach consultants to perform at their best.
• Build your brand and reputation as a trusted career advisor.

Candidate Requirements:

Here is the experience we are looking for…

• 2-3+ years of successful staffing agency recruiting experience.
• Deep knowledge of IT and Cloud technologies
• Successful history of filling jobs with W2 candidates, especially passive candidates
• Knowledge of cutting-edge sourcing tools and technologies
• Passion for the recruiting industry and ideas how to improve it.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Location: REMOTE - Near shore LATAM
