Manufacturing Engineer – Lean / Process Improvement (Medical Device / Cleanroom Assembly)

If you’re the kind of engineer who walks onto a production floor and immediately sees how to improve flow, reduce labor, and stabilize output… this role is worth a look.

This is not a “keep things running” job.

You’ll be stepping into a high-mix, custom manufacturing environment supporting cleanroom assembly and fabrication of single-use biotech products. Every build is different. Every process has room for improvement.

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving yield and labor efficiency improvements
• Leading root cause investigations and corrective actions
• Supporting validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and regulated manufacturing processes
• Partnering with operations to improve process flow and throughput
• Helping bring structure to a fast-moving, custom production environment

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in medical device, biotech, or regulated manufacturing
• Strong Lean / Six Sigma mindset (Green Belt+ preferred)
• Hands-on experience improving manufacturing performance
• Comfortable in a high-mix, low-volume environment

This is a high-impact role in a team that’s actively scaling, improving, and taking on new product lines.
