What we're looking for

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager for this company, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. 

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify market trends, user needs, and opportunities for product enhancement.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term priorities, including feature development, platform improvements, and integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the user experience.
• Drive the product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and releases.
• Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions and iterate on existing features.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging that effectively communicate the value proposition.
• Serve as a product evangelist, presenting and demoing to customers, partners, and industry events.
• Act as a product champion within the organization, providing guidance and support to sales, customer success, and support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in the B2B software industry, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Big advantage: Deep understanding of data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud computing technologies.
• Familiarity with open-source software development models and communities is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive product features.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Passion for user-centered design and creating exceptional user experiences.
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.
