Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO and our operation manager to support the operations of a fully remote U.S. company with an IL subsidiary, managing employees across the U.S., Israel, and Europe.
• Coordinate with our auditor to ensure timely delivery of yearly audits for both the U.S. parent and IL subsidiaries.
• Oversee yearly and quarterly budgeting, diligently tracking against planned goals.
• Work closely with the IL accountant to ensure compliance with labor laws and inter-company agreements.
• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) efforts, including Profit & Loss (PN&L) monitoring.
• Exercise vigilance over all financial transactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant area is preferred.
• Five to 10 years of experience in finance positions with additional experience in management roles.
• Robust skills in fiscal management, financial benchmarking, tax compliance, and laws.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills are a must.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically, operating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards.

Preferred Experience:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced tech startup environment.
• Track record of scaling operations globally.
• Guiding a business through successful mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
