In this Direct Hire, Technical Account Manager (TAM) role, the ideal candidate has experience working with enterprise client end users and technology managers to help develop the system requirements, document those requirements technically and non-technically written form, and will have a broad knowledge of product and design practices to assist in technology road mapping, architecture creation, and proof of concept projects.
To be considered, you will possess and maintain industry standard design certifications including CTS-D, CQD and CQT.
Location: Metro Phoenix - Open to Candidates Out of State that are willing to relocate to Phoenix.
Pay: $90K - $125K DOE & Completed Certifications + Full Benefits + 401K w/ Match + Professional Development
Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years commercial AV industry experience within related tasks described
- 2-4 year college degree preferred, not required
- Commercial AV Systems Installation Training & Networking Fundamentals
- Must have or be able to obtain Avixa CTS-D Certification
- Experience with AQAV CQT, CQD
- Will have knowledge of Audinate
- Biamp Tesira Forte/Server/Server-IO online experience
- Other certifications relevant to the enterprise account
