Background Requirements

·      Experience in business development or project coordination (preferably in electronics or manufacturing sectors)

·      Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot

Job Responsibilities

·      Maintain and manage CRM/funnel, ensuring data integrity and pipeline health

·      Track outbound opportunities, sample shipments, and technical study results

·      Oversee timelines, task follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of internal and client-facing initiatives

·      Coordinate logistics for roadshows and trade show participation

·      Generate regular reports on funnel conversion metrics and pipeline performance
