Regional Manager - Privately Owned Home Services Platform

The Opportunity:

As the Regional Manager, you will take full ownership of P&L for 3–6 partner companies across Missouri, driving performance, profitability, and strategic growth. You’ll work closely with business owners, guiding them through operational improvements and fostering a high-performance culture. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader with a strong track record in sales and operations who thrives in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, market expansion, and financial performance.
  • Partner with local business owners to influence change, enhance operations, and align with the company’s vision.
  • Oversee service delivery, resource management, and customer satisfaction to ensure operational excellence.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, optimizing efficiency and performance across all business units.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor leadership teams, ensuring strong talent pipelines and employee engagement.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring best-in-class service and satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably within home services or a related industry.
  • Experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or a related advisory role
  • Strong business acumen, with deep experience in both sales and operations.
  • Expertise in financial management, including budgeting and performance analysis.
  • Ability to leverage technology to improve operational efficiencies.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Total Compensation: Mid-High 200ks + LTIs
