We’re looking for a hands-on, people-driven Kitchen Manager to lead a high-performing back-of-house team at one of the most mission-driven restaurants in NEW HARTFORD, NY With homemade, handcrafted food and a powerful sense of purpose, this role is perfect for someone who takes pride in service, leads with heart, and is passionate about developing others in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

What You’ll Do

• Run daily line checks with precision and consistency
• Lead by example—teaching, coaching, and praising teammates with purpose
• Ensure quality, freshness, and accuracy with our “Always Run Low, Never Run Out” mindset
• Train and develop teammates for long-term growth and success
• Uphold the highest food safety and cleanliness standards
• Support all aspects of kitchen operations and help drive catering success
• Pause service daily at noon to honor our heroes with the National Anthem

What You Bring

• 2+ years of kitchen leadership experience
• High attention to detail and commitment to consistency
• Passion for great food and creating a positive, team-first culture
• Strong communication, coaching, and follow-through
