Status: Full-Time Compensation: $60,000–$67,000 + Quarterly Bonus Plan

We're looking for an exceptional Assistant Manager with full-service casual dining experience to join our growing team at Famous Dave's! This role offers the opportunity to lead with hands-on leadership while building strong teams and managing operations across our Roseville, Westland, and Taylor locations.

As our Assistant Manager, you'll display consistent leadership in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and personable approach with both guests and team members. What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire front-of-house teams with consistent, hands-on leadership and positive energy
• Build and develop high-performing teams while fostering a collaborative, supportive work environment
• Manage P&L responsibilities and drive profitability through strategic decision-making
• Excel under pressure as an accomplished problem solver, handling challenges with grace and efficiency
• Support catering operations and substantial catering business when applicable
• Work collaboratively across all departments, willing to assist in kitchen operations when needed
• Maintain exceptional guest service standards while ensuring smooth daily operations
• Be flexible and open to transfer between Roseville, Westland, and Taylor locations as business needs require
• Drive operational excellence through attention to detail and proactive management

What You Bring

• Full-service casual dining front-of-house management experience required
• Proven track record of building and leading successful restaurant teams
• Strong P&L management experience with demonstrated results
• Exceptional performance under pressure with advanced problem-solving abilities
• Positive attitude and personable communication style with guests and team members
• Team player mentality with willingness to work hands-on across all restaurant areas
• Flexibility and openness to transfer between multiple locations as needed
• Experience managing catering business operations strongly preferred
• Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
