About the Role

As s Buyers Agent, you’ll play a key role in supporting the client acquisition process and helping clients achieve their property goals. You’ll work alongside experienced buyers agents, learning how to research markets, source investment opportunities, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

You’ll also help maintain and build relationships with clients, referral partners, and industry contacts. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who’s hungry to learn, loves property, and wants to grow into a fully-fledged buyers agent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior buyers agents through research, client communication, and administration
  • Conduct property and market research to identify opportunities for clients
  • Assist with sourcing, analysing, and presenting property options
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, clients, and referral partners
  • Attend property inspections and auctions as required
  • Maintain CRM records and assist in preparing reports and client updates
  • Contribute to team goals and growth through proactive engagement

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in property, sales, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not essential)
  • A strong passion for property investment and helping clients achieve their goals
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and hungry to learn
  • A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or willingness to obtain)
