About the Role

As a Mortgage Broker at OpenCorp, you’ll guide active investor clients through tailored lending strategies designed to support long-term property growth. You'll manage the full lending process from enquiry to settlement, backed by a strong support team and consistent investor-focused referrals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client files from enquiry through to settlement
  • Develop strategic lending solutions for investor clients
  • Conduct interviews, assess borrowing power, prepare proposals
  • Complete lender research, serviceability calculations and credit analysis
  • Ensure meticulous compliance and documentation (BID, NCCP)
  • Liaise with lenders, solicitors and internal teams
  • Identify opportunities for clients to grow their portfolios
  • Collaborate with admin and support teams to ensure smooth settlements


Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years as an Australian mortgage broker (investment lending preferred)
  • Strong understanding of residential, investment and construction lending
  • Proven ability to convert leads or meet volume targets
  • Experience with aggregator platforms and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Certificate IV & Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking
  • MFAA or FBAA accreditation
  • Full Australian working rights, valid Driver’s Licence, clear credit & police checks
