About the Role
As a Life Insurance Advisor, you’ll be on the frontline of growth—supporting clients from corporate partner referrals to secure the right life insurance solution. This role combines sales, client education, and relationship-building, with the opportunity to sharpen your craft under industry leaders.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where your ability to provide exceptional advice and close with confidence will directly impact both client outcomes and business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a steady pipeline of warm, high-intent leads
- Educate clients on life insurance options, including income protection, TPD, and critical illness
- Track and manage your pipeline using a custom-built CRM solution
- Convert enquiries into successful outcomes while ensuring compliance
- Develop and optimise sales frameworks and strategies to drive performance
- Support clients throughout their journey, from initial call to post-sale support
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales (life insurance or financial services preferred)

RG146 qualification desirable
- Strong product knowledge across income protection, life, critical illness and TPD
- Proven ability to manage complex client conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Sales-driven mindset with client care and retention at the core
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident working independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
