About the Role

As a Parabroker/Loan Processor, you’ll take ownership of client files from submission through to settlement, acting as the key link between clients, brokers, lenders, solicitors and referral partners. Your role is to keep the process moving efficiently, communicate clearly and ensure each client receives a seamless, proactive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update clients regularly on loan progress
  • Liaise with lenders to keep applications moving
  • Assist clients with signing loan documents
  • Request and follow up outstanding information quickly
  • Coordinate deposits, settlements and lender alignment
  • Verify loan approvals, rates and loan amounts
  • Support brokers to ensure loan structure accuracy
  • Maintain compliance and complete file checks


Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in a loan processing or parabroking role
  • Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking or RG146 (preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and meet critical deadlines
  • Confident, clear communicator with a client-first mindset
  • CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Full Australian working rights
