The Business

Atlas Property Group is one of Australia’s most respected and fastest-growing buyers agencies, helping clients build wealth through strategic, data-driven property investment. The business works exclusively for buyers, sourcing and securing high-quality investment properties across Australia using detailed market research, analytics, and on-the-ground insights.

Recognised as REB Awards finalists, Atlas has built a strong national reputation for transparency, performance, and long-term client success. Rather than selling property, they guide clients through the entire buying journey—from strategy and education through to acquisition and post-purchase support—ensuring every decision is backed by data, not emotion.

Atlas is a high-performance environment where people are trusted, supported, and rewarded for results. The business continues to grow year on year and is now expanding its client engagement team to support increasing demand.

About the Role

This is a client-facing sales role focused on engaging warm inbound leads and qualifying them into high-quality strategy sessions with senior consultants. You’ll be the first meaningful point of contact, educating prospects, understanding their goals, and determining whether Atlas is the right fit for them.

This is not a cold-calling role and not a junior admin position. Atlas is looking for someone with property knowledge who can step in quickly, handle objections confidently, and create value-driven conversations from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and qualify inbound leads via phone and video
  • Conduct structured discovery and qualification calls
  • Pre-frame clients for strategy sessions with senior consultants
  • Consistently achieve qualified booking targets
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and follow-up discipline
  • Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in property, real estate, finance, or a similar sales environment
  • Strong phone-based sales or client engagement experience
  • Confident discussing property, finance, and investment concepts
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and ask quality questions
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Hungry, driven, and motivated by performance-based earnings
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own output

If you’re someone who understands property, thrives in a performance-driven environment, and wants to build a long-term career with one of Australia’s leading buyers agencies, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
