The Opportunity 

Spirehouse is working with a well-respected and established firm with offices located across Birmingham.

The firm are seeking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor for their Sutton Coldfield office, in a role which offers a clear pathway to Partnership.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm with a strong, longstanding client base and a supportive friendly team.

With a company client base of mostly of private limited companies and family businesses; work includes company matters as well as managing a small team.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of corporate and commercial matters including familiarity with SPA warranties
• Provide expert guidance on freehold and leasehold commercial property and associated finance matters.
• Business sales and acquisitions
• Company share sales and company restructuring as well as company administration.
• Landlord and tenant matters.

Requirements 

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 4+ years’ PQE in company commercial law
• A strong client service orientation.
