Residential Property Solicitor sought for a successful Brackley law firm.

 

The Opportunity

 

An established and forward-thinking law firm with a long history and strong reputation is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer to join its Brackley office.

The Role

 

This role will manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion and take client instructions and maintain clear communication throughout the transaction.

 

Conduct title checks, review Land Registry documents and carry out pre-contract searches and draft and review contracts for sales and purchases.

 

Liaise with lenders, clients, agents and other solicitors and handle financial aspects of transactions, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry registrations. Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and fraud prevention procedures

Requirements

 

  • Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer
  • At least 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
  • Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently
  • Experience using case management systems
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality client service
