Locum Employment Solicitor sought on behalf of a Leeds based law firm.

The Opportunity

The role is to provide support whilst the firm recruit on permanent basis.

The successful candidate will handle both contentious and non-contentious employment matters involving primarily complex claimant matters.  

Initial office presence will be required for handover, team introduction, and IT training; after which hybrid or remote working will be available.

The firm are seeking someone available at short notice. Hourly rate will be dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on complex claimant employment cases
• Draft and review settlement agreements
• Manage both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
• Collaborate with partners, fee earners, legal assistants, apprentices, and secretarial staff
• Secretarial and legal assistant support available
