We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join a growing team in the manufacturing/construction space! In this position you will report to the Production Manager and work hand in hand with them. A background in purchasing or contract administration is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
-Work as a coordinate to help coordinate logistics.
-Work and communicate with the teams vendors.
-Get PO's out for vendors.
-Coordinate various day to day operations.
-Perform purchasing responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
-Strong organizational skills
-High urgency and ability to multitask
-Willingness to adapt and do what is needed for the production team from an administrative standpoint.
-Experience or understanding of construction management is strongly preferred.
-Contract administration experience is strongly preferred.
-Assist with purchasing and estimating.
Pay:
$45-$65k
