Solutions Engineer, Product Integrations | Remote (Europe Preferred) | Blockchain Infrastructure | Up to €150K

We're partnering with a leading blockchain infrastructure company building next-generation technology for the digital asset ecosystem. Their platform is enabling wallets, custodians, exchanges, DeFi protocols, real-world asset (RWA) platforms, and blockchain networks to integrate new capabilities and unlock entirely new use cases.

This is not a traditional Solutions Architect role.

We're looking for a highly technical, hands-on Solutions Engineer who can work directly with strategic partners to design custom solutions, build proof-of-concepts, and help bring complex blockchain integrations to life.

You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Business Development, and partner engineering teams to solve technical challenges and drive successful partner integrations from discovery through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical lead for strategic partner integrations
• Work directly with partner engineering teams to understand technical requirements and business objectives
• Design integration architectures and recommend scalable implementation approaches
• Build proof-of-concepts, reference implementations, and technical solutions to validate integration designs
• Write and review smart contracts and on-chain workflows where required
• Help partners navigate technical challenges and unblock implementation efforts
• Create technical specifications, integration guides, developer documentation, and reference examples
• Coordinate with internal Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams to drive projects forward
• Translate customer requirements into actionable product and engineering feedback
• Support integrations across wallets, custodians, exchanges, DeFi protocols, payment applications, blockchain networks, and tokenization platforms
• Stay current with emerging blockchain standards, protocols, and ecosystem developments

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of software engineering, solutions engineering, integration engineering, or technical consulting experience
• Proven experience owning complex technical projects from discovery through delivery
• Strong Solidity expertise, including designing, reviewing, and building smart contracts
• Strong understanding of Ethereum, EVM ecosystems, and blockchain infrastructure
• Experience building production-grade applications or proof-of-concepts in TypeScript and modern development environments
• Experience working directly with customers, partners, or external engineering teams
• Ability to design technical solutions and independently drive implementation
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience gathering requirements, conducting technical discovery, and defining solution architectures
• Ability to thrive in high-growth startup environments with significant ownership and ambiguity

Strongly Preferred

• Experience working within DeFi, on-chain finance, tokenization, payments, stablecoins, or digital asset infrastructure
• Experience with wallets, custody platforms, account abstraction, key management, or exchange infrastructure
• Experience delivering partner integrations, SDK integrations, APIs, or developer platforms
• Background in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Developer Solutions, or Forward Deployed Engineering roles
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise or strategic blockchain implementations
