Title: Wealth Relationship Manager

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Salary: $100k-120k base plus profit-sharing (ESOP), 401k, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a full book of business of 100 to 150 client relationships with a median account size of $1 million (IAs, IRAs).  
• Foster internal partnerships with bank employees to identify and develop new business opportunities.  
• Engage in the community by actively participating in professional organizations and events to attract new wealth management clients.  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.  

Qualifications:

• Three to seven years of financial experience (trust experience not required).  
• Sales experience.  
• Experience in wealth management is a plus.  
• Strong relationship-building skills.  
• A passion for service and solutions.
