A leading global law firm is seeking a midlevel Private Equity Associate to join their corporate practice. Key Qualifications
- Experience: 4–6 years in private equity, with direct involvement in the corporate aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and the day-to-day operations of portfolio companies.
- Education: A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is required.
- Skills: Exceptional academic credentials, excellent communication abilities, and a demonstrated commitment to high-quality client service.
- Flexibility: Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a readiness to work flexible hours as required by client needs.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $235,000 – $360,000 per year (final offer determined by experience, expertise, market conditions, and business needs).
