Job Title: Midlevel Private Equity Associate

Salary: $235,000 - $365,000 per year


Job Description:


A leading global law firm is seeking a midlevel Private Equity Associate to join their corporate practice. They are looking for a smart, imaginative, and hardworking professional with a diverse background and a dedication to impactful legal work. This role offers the opportunity to engage with a range of national and international clients while working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.


Key Qualifications

  • Experience: 4–6 years in private equity, with direct involvement in the corporate aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and the day-to-day operations of portfolio companies.
  • Education: A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is required.
  • Skills: Exceptional academic credentials, excellent communication abilities, and a demonstrated commitment to high-quality client service.
  • Flexibility: Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a readiness to work flexible hours as required by client needs.


Role Overview:


The ideal candidate will work closely with experienced legal professionals who provide active mentoring and progressively increased responsibility and client interaction. This role is tailored for self-starters who are eager to contribute innovative legal strategies and help foster the organic growth of the firm’s client base through skillful networking and thought leadership.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $235,000 – $360,000 per year (final offer determined by experience, expertise, market conditions, and business needs).
