We are seeking a seasoned attorney with significant experience to join our client's dynamic antitrust, competition, and trade regulation practice. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in high-stakes litigation and policy matters. The role involves advising clients on complex antitrust issues, conducting in-depth legal research and analysis, and managing all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment and discovery through trial. You will have the opportunity to work with experienced partners, handling complex mergers, and advising on compliance with state and federal regulations.
