Location: Muiltple Office Locations

Schedule: Hybrid 2/3, (1,850 minimum billables)

Salary: $375,000 - $430,000 per year

We are seeking a seasoned attorney with significant experience to join our client's dynamic antitrust, competition, and trade regulation practice. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in high-stakes litigation and policy matters. The role involves advising clients on complex antitrust issues, conducting in-depth legal research and analysis, and managing all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment and discovery through trial. You will have the opportunity to work with experienced partners, handling complex mergers, and advising on compliance with state and federal regulations. The position requires a self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment and is committed to delivering exceptional client service.


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Admission to the Bar in the state where the candidate will practice
  • At least five years of experience focused on complex antitrust and competition litigation


Preferred Skills:

  • Strong academic credentials with a demonstrated history of intellectual rigor
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects with a high degree of independence
  • A commitment to professional growth and developing long-lasting client relationships
