Registered Nurses

(Critical Care)

Location: Brooksville, FL

Salary/Pay Rate: $27.09 - $41.50 per hour (based on role and experience). Generous sign-on bonuses ($5,000 - $15,000), relocation assistance, and shift differentials are available!

Schedule: Full-time, Days/Evenings/Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Unit/Specialty: Opportunities in Progressive Care (PCU), Medical-Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry, Step-down

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated clinical professionals, including Registered Nurses and Medical Technologists, to join a high-performing team. In these roles, you will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high-quality, efficient care. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative environment, working together to achieve the best possible patient outcomes. We are looking for phenomenal additions who find patient care as meaningful as we do.

Required Skills:

• Valid Florida licensure or appropriate compact license for the role.
• Nursing Diploma, ASN, or Associate's Degree in a related field.
• Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Previous experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Strong critical thinking, service excellence, and interpersonal communication skills.
• For Charge Nurse roles: Previous charge experience is mandatory.
• For Medical Technologist roles: A minimum of 3 years of experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology.
• National specialty certification.
• Experience in high-acuity environments such as PCU, Stepdown, or specialized labs.

Additional Information:
