Reporting directly to the Administrative Director, you will oversee total Lab Operations and our Performance Improvement Program. What You’ll Do:

Operational Oversight: Provide on-site leadership across all laboratory areas, ensuring we exceed NYS CLEP, CAP, and TJC standards.

Strategic Quality: Lead the Quality Management System and Performance Improvement Program. You are the architect of our "Zero-Error" goal.

Technical Authority: Review and interpret safety data, creating the protocols that keep our staff and patients safe.

Mentorship: Influence the growth of our Level V Supervisors and testing personnel, building a legacy of excellence.
What You Bring:

The License: Valid NYSED Clinical Laboratory Technologist License (Mandatory).

The Tenure: At least 5 years of lab experience, with 2+ years specifically overseeing operations and safety programs in a hospital setting.

The Education: Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Lab Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
