Job Description:
The Judicial Clerkship Track Associate will be entrusted with substantive responsibilities from the outset, acting as a pivotal force in the firm’s most sophisticated and challenging litigation matters. This role requires leveraging the unique procedural and legal acumen acquired during a federal or state judicial clerkship to immediately contribute to client success. Key functions include: conducting deep-dive legal research to inform critical case strategies; drafting and refining persuasive dispositive motions, appellate briefs, and complex memoranda; and formulating sophisticated litigation strategies. The Associate will be a primary resource for interpreting rules of evidence and procedure, assisting with witness preparation, and engaging in pre-trial discovery and motions practice. Candidates must possess the independent judgment and intellectual curiosity necessary to navigate novel legal issues and contribute meaningfully to trial advocacy both inside and outside the courtroom. This is a role for a driven professional seeking to be an integral part of the litigation team.
