Description:
You will represent employers in high-stakes litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour, restrictive covenant, and whistleblower claims. The role also involves advising on labor relations, union negotiations, workplace investigations, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. You will draft pleadings, manage discovery, conduct depositions, and collaborate with clients on proactive strategies to mitigate risk. This position offers significant courtroom experience, client contact, and growth opportunities within a top-tier practice.
