Schedule:

Hourly Rate & Annual Salary:

  • Hourly Rate: $34.62 – $52.88
  • Annualized: ~$72,000 – $110,000

This Physical Therapist opportunity is with a leading healthcare provider that operates a network of 65 hospitals and over 510 outpatient care centers nationwide. Job Duties:

  • Evaluate and assess patients for physical therapy needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on age-appropriate functional abilities
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions in line with the Standards of Physical Therapy Practice
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams for patient outcomes
  • Document treatment progress, reassess and adapt plans as needed
  • Promote patient independence through rehabilitative techniques
  • Adhere to compliance and safety regulations in a clinical setting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy or related field
  • Current Licensed Physical Therapist
  • BLS/CPR Certification (American Heart Association)
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a clinical setting
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
  • Capacity to assess and treat across age groups

Preferred Skills:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
  • Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient rehab
  • Spanish or multilingual proficiency
  • Pediatric or geriatric therapy experience
  • Manual therapy certification or specialty training
  • Familiarity with neuro and orthopedic rehabilitation
  • Experience with interdisciplinary team environments
