Position Overview
A highly skilled legal associate is sought for integration into a robust transactional and financial services practice group. The daily responsibilities are anticipated to be dynamic, affording exposure to a compelling amalgam of legal matters. The incumbent attorney will be integral to the negotiation and documentation of sophisticated credit facilities, inclusive of asset-based lending agreements and complex commercial real estate financing arrangements. A substantial component of the role will consist of rendering advice to clientele regarding financial distress scenarios, encompassing corporate restructuring, workouts, and insolvency proceedings, primarily from a creditor's vantage point.
