Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate M&A Senior Associate to become a key member of their thriving corporate team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of sophisticated experience in a high-caliber legal setting, advising clients on complex corporate and commercial matters. This role involves managing the full life cycle of diverse transactions, from initial due diligence to post-closing integration. You will have a central role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of M&A agreements, including purchase, shareholder, and merger agreements.
The position requires an individual with a strong business acumen, capable of providing strategic legal counsel that aligns with clients' commercial objectives. You will manage and maintain comprehensive records of all transaction documents and correspondence, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. This is a highly collaborative position that involves working closely with partners, internal legal teams, and clients to provide comprehensive, integrated legal services and deliver creative solutions to complex challenges.
