Schedule:

Full-Time | 8-Hour Shifts

Available shifts include:

  • 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Rotating weekends


Hourly Rate & Annual Salary:

  • Starting at: $30.34/hr ($63,107 annually)
  • Top of scale: $42.47/hr ($88,338 annually)

About the Facility:

The Aventura-based hospital facility is part of the larger medical complex network and is a nationally recognized leader in patient care. The hospital serves a diverse and vibrant community in southern Florida. Known for its cutting-edge technology, accredited imaging services, and compassionate staff, the facility is dedicated to delivering top-tier diagnostic care.

Job Duties:

  • Perform diagnostic CT scans for inpatient and outpatient populations, ranging from newborn to geriatric patients
  • Prepare and educate patients on procedures, obtain consent, and ensure comfort throughout
  • Operate CT scan equipment with precision to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and physicians to ensure accurate interpretation and patient care coordination
  • Ensure equipment functionality and follow all safety protocols

Qualifications:

  • Required Licensure/Certifications:
  • ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (REQUIRED)
  • State Registered Radiologic Technician OR Registered CT Technician
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) – must be obtained within 30 days of start
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year CT Technologist experience in a clinical setting

Preferred Skill:

  • Experience in high-volume hospital or trauma center
  • Familiarity with GE or Siemens CT equipment
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful in diverse patient population
  • Cross-trained in other radiologic modalities
  • Strong communication and bedside manner
  • Prior experience with electronic health records (EHR), especially Meditech
  • Flexible to work mixed shifts and rotating weekends
