Job Description:
As a Level IV NICU Registered Nurse, you are entrusted with the most fragile of patients. Your day-to-day will involve applying the full nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, and deliver specialized care to critically ill newborns. You will develop and meticulously update patient care plans to optimize outcomes, monitor complex conditions, and serve as a vital advocate for your patients and their families. This role requires you to be a leader within the interdisciplinary team, coordinating care, fostering a learning environment, and upholding the highest standards of safety and quality by integrating evidence-based best practices into your daily work.
