Pay Range: 28.23 to 42.35 per hour

• Shift Differentials: Nights +5/hr;Weekends+
• 5/hr;Weekends+10/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Assume overall accountability and responsibility for assigned patients, ensuring safe, effective care.
• Manage the flow of patient care, including screening, preparation for exams, providing nursing care, comfort measures, and coordinating admissions, testing, and discharges.
• Maintain and accurately review patient records, including documenting test results and examination findings.
• Administer medications in strict accordance with physician orders.
• Educate patients and their families about medications and treatment plans to promote understanding and compliance.
• Respond to and triage incoming telephone calls, providing appropriate guidance and referrals as needed.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Minimum of 1+ years of clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma.

Additional Benefits:

2. Relocation Assistance: $5,000 for distances over 250 miles; $2,500 for distances over 50 miles.
