Title: RN Emergency Department// Location: Roanoke, VA// Salary/Pay Rate: $30.47-$45.71/hour. Sign on bonus up to $30,000 loan assistance stipend over 3 years. Great benefits!// Schedule: Evening/Night, Every other weekend// Unit/Specialty: Emergency Department (ER)// Seniority: Staff Nurse//

Job Description: The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, conducting assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering treatments and medications, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. The role requires strong clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Required Skills:

  • Current Virginia RN licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • CPR certification; ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as needed.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EPIC preferred).
  • Ability to perform age-specific assessments and develop care plans.

Preferred Skills:

  • 3-4 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and high-stress environment.

Up to $20,000 sign on bonus on a case-by-case basis, full relocation and concierge moving services!!! Great opportunity to move to a beautiful area of the country with full support from the medical center.
