Tax Partner - ASC 740 Specialist

Salary: $300k - $400k

Location: Remote (California)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced tax professional to join our team as an ASC 740 Specialist. This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ASC 740 and tax provisions. This will be working with a Top 50 Accounting Firm

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740.
• Analyze and reconcile tax accounts.
• Research and resolve complex tax issues.
• Assist with tax audits and compliance.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA license is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in tax accounting with a focus on ASC 740.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of tax regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
