Nurse Manager
Location: Boynton Beach, FL
Salary: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00/year
Schedule: 8-hour Day shift M-F, no weekends

A leading healthcare organization dedicated to exceptional patient care and medical research. We seek a skilled Apheresis Nurse Manager to join our team in Boynton Beach, FL, to oversee apheresis operations and ensure high-quality care for patients/research participants.
Description:
Responsibilities include: demonstrating strong understanding of apheresis equipment/procedures (therapeutic/research apheresis collections); utilizing nursing skills, knowledge, clinical judgment, and nursing diagnosis for high-standard patient/participant care; employing nursing assessment skills to monitor patient/participant well-being, documenting adverse events, and taking action; collecting/processing biological samples per IRB protocols/Standard Operating Procedures; maintaining accurate records/understanding of current regulatory requirements; contributing to CSR Department projects; assisting Donor Service Department; demonstrating independent work and time management skills; and undertaking other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years apheresis experience
- RN License (Preferred)
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- Commute to Boynton Beach, FL 33424
