Executive Assistant (Senior-Level) 

Location: Omaha, NE (On-site Monday–Thursday, work from home Fridays) 

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 base + performance bonus + full benefits 


Overview 

We are seeking a highly capable and polished Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a high performance, professional environment where excellence is the standard.

This is a high-visibility position that goes well beyond traditional administrative support. It requires strong  judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and operate  independently in a fast-paced environment. 


Key Responsibilities 

Own and manage highly complex executive calendars, balancing competing priorities,  anticipating conflicts, and ensuring seamless flow of time and commitments  

• Coordinate domestic and multi-city travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups  

• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders  

• Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical challenges  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times  

• Support operational and administrative initiatives as needed  


Qualifications 

• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (CEO, founder, or equivalent)  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)  

• Proven ability to manage complex scheduling and travel logistics  

• Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills  

• High attention to detail and ability to operate independently  

• Professional presence, sound judgment, and strong follow-through  


Work Environment & Expectations 

• Business professional environment (not business casual) with high standards for presentation  and communication  

• On-site Monday through Thursday, with work-from-home flexibility on Fridays 

• Fast-paced, high-accountability culture with strong expectations around responsiveness and  execution  

• This role requires a high level of polish, discretion, and professionalism at all times
