The New Business Developer (NBD) is responsible for growing the business within the assigned region for new and existing customers.

Working with outbound calls and MS Teams meetings to find and establish new business with new and existing customers, managing and grow customers within your region as well as focus on our targeted product groups.

Working closely with Key Account Managers and customer service team for best service and business outcomes, in line with our targets as a site and company.


Responsibilities:

  • Utilise D365 & CE, LinkedIn sales navigator, telephone
  • Create “call lists” for your assigned region
  • Make outbound calls and conduct Teams meetings
  • Provide customers with technical support
  • Prepare quotes and advise prices according to the framework and SOA
  • Maintain customer database and give the best service and support with a smile to every customer (e.g. stock check-up, delivery times, product knowledge, material certificates)
  • Develop your assigned region
  • Follow our internal sales process, set up by the team, and put all information in CE
  • Follow up on samples, quotes, 3D downloads and marketing campaigns
  • Undertake price discussions and negotiations with top customers, taking ownership of customer margins in the region


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a B2B sales / business development position
  • Fluent Swedish
  • English language (at least B2 level)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Good planning and time management skills
  • Accurate and precise mode of working
  • Strong social and interpersonal skills, team focused
  • Used to using phone and teams for sales actions
  • Experience within manufacturing or similar industries (desirable)
  • Other Nordic languages e.g. Norwegian or Danish (desirable)
  • Experience with D365 and/or CE CRM (desirable)
