We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Account Coordinator to be the essential link
between Sales, Sourcing, Purchasing, and Operations teams. You will own the administrative and
transactional flow of customer opportunities, ensuring RFQs turn into quotes, orders are processed
accurately, and customers stay informed and confident.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on organization, clear communication, and keeping
multiple priorities on track in a positive, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Review, organize, and route incoming RFQs, ensuring all documentation is complete and
accurate
Enter and maintain customer sales orders, changes, and acknowledgements in our systems
Manage high volumes of order status updates, expedites, and customer communications in a
timely manner
Coordinate closely with Sourcing, Purchasing, and Operations to resolve delays and
communicate updates
Track open quotes and action items, driving timely follow-up to increase quote conversion
Maintain organized records, folders, and reporting for visibility and accuracy
Support customer onboarding and assist with special projects as needed
Requirements
1- 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales, or administrative
coordination is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with ERP/CRM systems
Positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn about our products and processes
Location: Must be able to reliably commute to Erlanger, KY or plan to relocate before start date.
