Business Development Partner (Commission-Based, Flexible Role)

Role Overview:

This is a flexible, commission-only role perfect for professionals who want to grow their sales career while maintaining autonomy. As a Business Development Partner, you’ll leverage your network and outreach skills to generate new client relationships, supported by the CareTechPros brand and resources.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients in healthcare and tech spaces

• Use LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools to manage outreach and follow-ups

• Collaborate with the CareTechPros team to deliver value and close deals

• Participate in weekly system training and report progress

• Present customized staffing solutions and proposals to decision-makers

• Maintain client relationships post-placement for retention and referrals


What We Expect From You:

• Past experience in sales, recruiting, or staffing (preferred, not required)

• Comfort using LinkedIn and basic CRM tools

• Strong communication and follow-up discipline

• Willingness to attend virtual huddles 2x per week (15 mins each)

• Commitment to complete a short onboarding week (LinkedIn update, CRM intro, outreach trial)

• Update your LinkedIn profile to reflect your BD Partner status at CareTechPros
