Performance Marketing Manager
Seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own and drive paid media strategy across a portfolio of CPG and consumer brands. This role sits at the center of execution, strategy, and innovation - translating performance data into growth decisions that scale. You won’t just manage campaigns - you’ll define how they improve over time. From forecasting to creative testing to system-building, you’ll be responsible for delivering measurable impact, driving client retention, and pushing performance beyond benchmarks.
What You’ll Own:
Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
- Own end-to-end campaign strategy across a portfolio of CPG brands, spanning Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Google, and emerging platforms
- Continuously optimize performance across the funnel to improve CAC, ROAS, and volume
- Identify and execute on scaling opportunities across brands and campaigns
Performance Optimization:
- Own day-to-day performance across accounts, translating strategy into consistent optimization and iteration
- Diagnose and resolve performance issues, tracking inconsistencies, and inefficiencies
- Translate insights into clear action plans that drive measurable growth
- Own performance during pilot phases—using early results to convert short-term engagements into long-term, evergreen client relationships
Forecasting & Media Planning:
- Build strategic media plans aligned to client growth targets and budgets
- Develop and maintain performance forecasts, modeling spend, acquisition, and efficiency
- Partner with leadership on scenario planning for scaling accounts
Creative Strategy & Testing:
- Leverage creative-level data to inform content strategy and direction
- Design and lead structured testing frameworks that generate repeatable learnings
- Partner with Client Success and Content team to iterate on high-performing concepts
Insights & Client Impact:
- Own performance storytelling - translating data into clear, actionable narratives
- Partner with Client Success to communicate results, strategy, and opportunities
- Ensure reporting reflects true performance and supports decision-making
- Use insights as a lever to strengthen client relationships - supporting pilot success and long-term retention
Product Collaboration
- Act as a key stakeholder in internal tools and workflows that power media execution
- Collaborate with Product and Data teams to improve reporting, automation, and optimization systems
- Help build scalable processes that improve efficiency across the team
What They’re Looking For:
- 2-4 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing
- Experience working with CPG or consumer brands (DTC experience strongly preferred)
- Proven experience managing and scaling campaigns across social and video platforms
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience owning performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rate
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining high attention to detail
- Strong communicator who can translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Experience using AI tools to enhance workflows, analysis, or campaign performance
- Proactive, systems-minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
