We are seeking a highly motivated Mid-Level SAP Analyst to support the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, with a focus on the User Management (UM) module. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing user access, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies, and supporting audit-readiness initiatives. This position supports the U.S. Navy’s mission to modernize, sustain, and secure its enterprise financial system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot user roles and authorizations within the SAP Navy ERP system, focusing on the User Management module.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and role provisioning processes in compliance with DoD cybersecurity and identity management policies.
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to analyze segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts, role mapping, and user access issues. 
• Maintain audit trails and documentation to support financial system compliance, audit readiness, and RMF (Risk Management Framework) controls.
•   Analyze and resolve access-related incidents and service requests via Remedy or other ITSM platforms.
• Contribute to system enhancement efforts, role redesign, and access optimization in support of business process improvements.
•  Collaborate with Navy end-users, cybersecurity personnel, and SAP BASIS teams to maintain system integrity and ensure secure user access.
•  Prepare reports, metrics, and briefings related to user access provisioning, SoD violations, and compliance trends.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3-5 years of direct SAP ERP experience.
• Hands-on experience managing roles and authorizations in SAP (ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA).
• Working knowledge of Navy ERP or other DoD SAP implementations.
• Familiarity with DoD RMF, FISCAM, FISMA, or similar audit/compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
•  Active DoD Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Access Control.
•   Experience with U.S. Navy financial operations, including BSOs, NWCF, GF, and ERP Business Office operations
•  Prior experience supporting NAVSUP, SSP, BUMED, or other U.S. Navy stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Navy cybersecurity directives and Identity & Access Management (IdAM) tools.
